АСТ50-АСТ400.

Are made from grinding powders  by removal from them diamond grains with  high contents of metal inclusions.

Application of ACT50-АСТ400. Manufacturing of  tools on a metal bond with retention of strength  and operational properties of diamonds during manufacturing for machining of a natural stone, building materials and difficult- to-machine rock formations.
Thermal stability - the major operating characteristic   of synthetic diamond powders and directly depends on the contents in them of metal inclusions  and from content of the dissolvent alloy used at a synthesis of diamond.
As a rule, diamonds synthesized on nickel-manganese  alloy, have lower thermal stability, than the diamonds gained on ferromagnetic alloys. The extent of thermal stability is sized up as a result of comparison of initial mechanical strength of crystals and matching strength after the heat treatment, including having heated up, an isothermal stand-up at temperature (1100 +-20 C)  during (10 +-) min.  argon medium.
